Most problems come down to one of a few things. If none of these help, write to us and we will look at it.
Your iPhone and the Cast device have to be on the same Wi-Fi network — a guest network or a 5 GHz-only band can separate them. Also check that Local Network access is allowed for CastSurf in Settings › Privacy & Security › Local Network. If it still does not show, unplug the Cast device for ten seconds and plug it back in.
Some sites protect their video so that only their own player can open it, and some files use a format the Cast device cannot decode. When that happens the TV returns to the standby screen. Try a different quality or a different source. Screen sharing works as a fallback for anything that plays on your phone.
Screen sharing runs as an iOS broadcast. It ends if you stop it from the status bar or Control Center, or if iOS reclaims memory while another app is heavy. Start it again from the app; you do not need to reconnect to the TV.
During screen sharing the audio plays on both the phone and the TV, because the phone is the source. Turn the phone volume all the way down — the TV keeps its own volume, which you can adjust inside CastSurf.
Open Profile › Settings › Restore Purchases. If you are signed in with a different Apple Account than the one you purchased with, switch accounts in Settings › Media & Purchases first.
Profile › Settings › Manage Subscription, or Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the current period ends.

It helps to include your iPhone model, your iOS version, the name and model of your Cast device, and what you were doing when it went wrong.
